Oticon CROS RE

Oticon CROS RE is Oticon’s new generation of rechargeable hearing systems for people with profound or total hearing loss in one ear. Designed to restore access to sounds coming from the side with hearing loss, it wirelessly transmits sound to a compatible Oticon hearing aid worn on the other ear.

It incorporates Oticon’s new Dual AI technology, combining two artificial intelligence systems to provide a more balanced representation of speech and environmental sounds. This makes it easier to follow conversations naturally while preserving the surrounding sounds that provide context in every listening situation.

Its discreet and comfortable miniRITE design, rechargeable battery and TwinLink™ technology, which allows audio streaming while receiving sounds from the side with hearing loss, make it an advanced and versatile solution for everyday use.

Each hearing aid includes:

Product box and rigid carrying case
User manual and quick guide
Charger & maintenance kit (filters, olives, etc.)

In addition, all orders include free shipping and online tracking during the delivery process.

At Clicaudio you have 30 days to return your order , even if the product has been used, without needing to justify the reason.

We only ask that the hearing aid and its accessories be returned in their packaging and in acceptable condition .

Shipping and collection are free within the European Union.

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days through the same payment method used in the purchase.

All hearing aids sold by Clicaudio are covered by an official manufacturer’s warranty of three (3) years, extendable to five (5), which covers defects in materials and workmanship.

To activate the warranty, the customer can:

Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.
Visit any authorized manufacturer service center within the international warranty territory, available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover batteries, molds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from improper use or handling by unauthorized personnel. Any repairs performed by the manufacturer or by Clicaudio have an additional 12-month warranty on the replaced parts .
