1. Unlimited support and follow-up

At ClicAudio , all customers enjoy free and unlimited support for the entire lifespan of the hearing aid .

You can schedule as many online consultations as you want , whether to resolve doubts, adjust device performance, or receive guidance on maintenance and cleaning.

Our technical team will provide continuous support, ensuring that your listening experience is always optimal, even after purchase.


2. Manufacturer's warranty

All headphones sold by ClicAudio have an official manufacturer's warranty of three (3) years , which covers defects in materials or manufacturing.

To activate the warranty, the customer can:

  • Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.

  • Visit any authorized manufacturer service center within the international warranty territory , available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover batteries, molds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from improper use or handling by unauthorized personnel. Any repairs performed by the manufacturer or by ClicAudio will have an additional 12-month warranty on the replaced parts .


3. Total Protection Insurance (optional)

As a complement to the standard warranty, ClicAudio offers a Total Protection Insurance , which extends coverage up to five (5) years .

This insurance guarantees the delivery of an identical new hearing aid , regardless of the cause of the damage or loss , whether due to breakage, theft, misplacement, moisture or misuse by the customer.

In case of activation of the insurance , the customer will pay a deductible equivalent to 30% of the current sale price of the model, and the new device will have a full warranty of three (3) years from its delivery.

Total Protection Insurance :

  • It can only be activated once per hearing aid during its lifetime.
