At Clicaudio, we work to make access to hearing technology clear, safe and transparent.

We are a company based in the Algarve (Portugal), specialising in the commercialisation of next-generation hearing aids, selected from leading international manufacturers and compliant with current European regulations.

All our products carry CE marking, include the manufacturer’s official warranty, and are supported by a team of legally qualified hearing care professionals with experience in technical fitting and user support.

At Clicaudio, customers can compare models, receive personalised guidance and complete the entire process with confidence, either remotely or in person, with clear information and defined procedures.

We collaborate with independent hearing centres to offer in-person care when required or when preferred by the customer, including the initial fitting and subsequent support during the period of use, in accordance with each centre’s conditions.

Clicaudio does not perform medical diagnoses nor issue medical prescriptions. Our activity is limited to the dispensing, technical fitting and maintenance of hearing devices, always based on a valid prior medical prescription and the clinical information provided by the customer.
