Deliveries and returns

1. Deliveries

Orders placed on ClicAudio.com are managed by AUDIOBALANCE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA , with headquarters at Rua Bartolomeu Dias 9, 8200-096 Albufeira (Portugal).

We ship to all of the European Union , using certified courier services with traceability and hand delivery.

  • Delivery time: between 7 and 10 working days , depending on the destination.
  • Shipping cost:
    • Free shipping on all orders over €99 , regardless of the destination within the EU.
    • €9.90 for orders under €99 destined for the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal and Spain) .
    • €19.90 for orders under €99 destined for other countries in the European Union .
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Each shipment is confirmed by email with its tracking number.


2. Returns Policy

At ClicAudio, we want our customers to feel completely confident in their purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee , extending the 14-day legal right of withdrawal established by European regulations.

During this period, the customer can return the product without needing to justify the reason , even if it has been used, provided that:

  • is in acceptable condition for use ,
  • It must be returned with its box, manuals and accessories .
  • and notify the intention to return it to info@clicaudio.com before the deadline.

Shipping and return collection costs are free for the customer throughout the European Union.

Once the product has been received and verified, the full refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days , using the same payment method used.


3. Special conditions for trial (“demo”) hearing aids

ClicAudio offers an exclusive service that allows you to try out headphones at home , with no obligation to buy.

  • To access the service, a refundable deposit of €150 is required.
  • Both shipping and collection of the trial hearing aid are free .
  • Upon returning the hearing aid in acceptable condition and within the agreed timeframe, the deposit will be fully refunded within a maximum of 5 business days .
  • In case of loss, damage or non-return, the deposit may be retained in whole or in part.


4. Exclusions

Returns of improperly handled or damaged products will not be accepted.

Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee , and you can request repair or replacement.
