Who are you and where do you work?
ClicAudio is a Portuguese company specializing in state-of-the-art digital hearing aids, founded in 2020 and with an online presence since 2025. We will offer service throughout Europe through our online platform and partner centers.
Why choose ClicAudio over other hearing aid stores?
We offer the same hearing aids as major retailers, but at up to 60% less. Our service combines professional support, personalized follow-up, and an extended 5-year warranty.
In what languages do you offer customer service?
We provide service in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and French. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email in whichever language is most convenient for you.
2. Testing and programming the hearing aids
Can I try the hearing aids before buying them?
Yes. At ClicAudio, we offer a free trial with demo hearing aids, with no obligation to buy. We only require a €150 deposit, which is fully refunded upon return of the trial hearing aids. During this period, typically one or two weeks, you can experience how your hearing improves in your daily life before deciding to purchase.
How do you program the hearing aids?
The hearing aids are configured based on your recent audiogram, so you'll receive them ready to use from day one. Just send us your audiogram via email or WhatsApp before shipping.
Can I buy hearing aids without having an audiometry test first?
No. Hearing aids are medical devices and must be prescribed by a healthcare professional. It is essential that the customer send us their recent audiometry test results to confirm that the chosen model is suitable for their hearing loss. With this information, we create a personalized initial programming, and when the hearing aids arrive at your house, our specialists make the final adjustments via video call.
Can I request an adjustment after receiving them?
Yes, and it's actually part of the standard process. Once you receive them, a video call will be scheduled with our hearing care specialist to make the final adjustments and ensure everything is working correctly. From then on, you'll have unlimited free follow-up consultations for any adjustments you may need.
3. Assistance and after-sales service
How does remote hearing assistance work?
Our team of hearing aid specialists performs adjustments and checkups via video call. It's fast, convenient, and requires no travel. All after-sales support is included at no extra cost.
What does the unlimited tracking service include?
It includes all the consultations you need: adjustments, maintenance, answering questions, and programming updates, always with the same professional who configured your hearing aids.
What do I do if the hearing aid is not working properly?
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We'll help you resolve the issue, and if a repair is necessary, we'll arrange for shipping to the factory and collection at no cost. Furthermore, while the repair is being processed, we'll provide you with free replacement hearing aids to minimize any inconvenience.
Can I go to a physical center or receive home care?
Yes, it's possible, but we currently only offer this in-person service in major Portuguese cities. In other countries, we work exclusively online with remote support.
4. Warranty, refunds and returns
What is your return policy for purchases?
If you buy new hearing aids and aren't satisfied, you have 30 days to return them for a full refund. We'll arrange the return for free, hassle-free.
And what about the free hearing aid trial?
There is no purchase or obligation involved in trying out the demo hearing aids. You simply leave a €150 deposit, which is fully refunded when you return the hearing aids to us. This way, you can try them with complete peace of mind for one or two weeks.
What warranty do the hearing aids have?
All hearing aids have two levels of coverage:
1 year international warranty, offered by the manufacturer, valid at any authorized hearing center worldwide.
ClicAudio offers a 5-year warranty, extending the initial coverage. To activate it, we collect the hearing aids from your home and send them to our specialized technical service.
Both warranties cover manufacturing defects and professional technical support. In addition, we will provide you with free replacement hearing aids to minimize any inconvenience while the process is underway.
How is a return or exchange handled?
Simply contact us. We'll arrange free collection and issue a refund once we receive the product at our facilities.
5. Shipping, payments and accessories
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €100, including shipments during trial periods. For orders under €100, the following shipping costs apply:
€9,90 for Portugal and Spain
€19,90 for the rest of Europe
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the brand. Oticon hearing aids are usually ready in 2 or 3 business days, while other brands may require up to 5 business days due to availability and setup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), bank transfers, and PayPal. We also offer flexible financing options through partner institutions.
Can I buy batteries or accessories separately?
Yes. In our online store you will find batteries, filters, molds and chargers compatible with the main brands on the market.
