Who are you and where do you work?
ClicAudio is a Portuguese company dedicated to the distribution of next-generation hearing aids. We provide our services to customers across several European countries through our online platform and a network of partner hearing care centers.

In what languages do you offer customer service?
We provide customer support in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and French. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email in the language you feel most comfortable with.
2. Testing and programming the hearing aids
Can I try the hearing aids before purchasing them?
Yes. We offer a home trial with demonstration hearing aids configured according to your audiometry. You can use them during the evaluation period (typically one to four weeks). The devices automatically deactivate at the end of the trial. Afterwards, we arrange the collection.
How are the hearing aids prepared?
The hearing aids are initially prepared based on the information provided by the customer, in order to allow their use during the trial period. For this purpose, a recent audiogram is required prior to shipment.
Can I purchase hearing aids without having an audiogram beforehand?
No. In order to properly assess the available options, a recent audiogram is required. This information allows us to guide the customer in selecting the most suitable model and to prepare the hearing aids for the trial period.
Can I request adjustments after receiving the hearing aids?
Yes. During the trial period, the customer may request informational video call sessions to address questions related to the use and handling of the hearing aids. These sessions are intended to support the customer throughout the trial process and help them assess their experience before making a purchase decision.
3. Assistance and after-sales service
How does remote hearing assistance work?
Our team of hearing aid specialists performs adjustments and checkups via video call. It's fast, convenient, and requires no travel. All after-sales support is included at no extra cost.
What is included in the after-sales support service?
It includes support from our team to answer questions, provide guidance on hearing aid use, and perform adjustments whenever technically or clinically appropriate, as part of the after-sales service throughout the product’s useful life.
What should I do if my hearing aid is not working properly?
Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange a technical inspection of the device, including collection and shipment to the service centre at no cost. During this process, replacement hearing aids may be provided to minimise any inconvenience.
Can I receive in-person care at a hearing centre?
Yes. In-person care is available at selected partner hearing centres, subject to geographical availability and prior appointment.
4. Warranty, refunds and returns
What is your return policy for purchases?
If you purchase new hearing aids and are not satisfied, you have 30 calendar days to return them and receive a full refund of the amount paid. We arrange free collection with no complicated procedures.
What happens with the free hearing aid trial?
During the hearing aid trial, there is no purchase obligation or commitment. You can use them with complete peace of mind during the evaluation period. At the end of the trial, we arrange the collection of the hearing aids.
What warranty do the hearing aids have?
All our hearing aids include two levels of coverage:
- Official manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years, covering manufacturing and functional defects.
- Clicaudio extended warranty up to 5 years, which expands the initial coverage with technical assistance and direct management of the service process, including additional protection against accidental damage and theft.
If necessary, we collect the hearing aids from your home and manage the technical review with the manufacturer or an authorised service centre. During this process, replacement hearing aids may be provided to avoid interrupting daily use.
How is a return or exchange managed?
You only need to contact us. We organise free collection of the product and, once received and verified according to our return policy, we process the corresponding refund or requested exchange.
5. Shipping, payments and accessories
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €100, including shipments during trial periods. For orders under €100, the following shipping costs apply:
€9,90 for Portugal and Spain
€19,90 for the rest of Europe
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the brand and product availability. In general, Oticon hearing aids are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days, while other brands may require up to 5 working days due to availability and configuration requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), bank transfer and PayPal. We also offer flexible financing options through partner institutions, subject to approval.
Can I buy batteries or accessories separately?
Yes. In our online store you can find batteries, filters, earmolds and chargers compatible with the leading brands on the market, available for individual purchase.
