In addition, all orders include free shipping and online tracking during the delivery process.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At ClicAudio you have 30 days to return your order , even if the product has been used, without needing to justify the reason.
We only ask that the hearing aid and its accessories be returned in their packaging and in acceptable condition .
Shipping and collection are free within the European Union.
Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days through the same payment method used in the purchase.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All headphones sold by ClicAudio have an official manufacturer's warranty of five (5) years , which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
To activate the warranty, the customer can:
- Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.
- Visit any authorized manufacturer service center within the international warranty territory, available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover batteries, molds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from improper use or handling by unauthorized personnel. Any repairs performed by the manufacturer or by ClicAudio have an additional 12-month warranty on the replaced parts .
