They provide stable performance and quick activation upon removal of the seal.

Typical lifespan depending on size and daily use: between 3 and 20 days.

Store in a cool, dry place. Remove the sticker immediately before use.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate-use accessories (such as domes, ear tips, filters, tubes, earmoulds, etc.) may only be returned if the packaging remains sealed and unopened.

In the event of a return, the customer must send the product to our address. Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
