Oticon ProWax minifit is a wax filter designed to protect Oticon hearing aids from the entry of earwax, dirt and other particles that could affect the receiver and sound quality. Its use helps maintain stable hearing aid performance, reduce the need for repairs and extend the lifespan of its components.
Replacing the filter is quick and easy thanks to the included applicator: one end is used to remove the old filter, while the other holds the new Prowax ready for installation. It is recommended to check the condition of the filter regularly and, as a general guideline, replace it approximately every four weeks or sooner if there is a build-up of earwax.
Compatible with a wide range of Oticon hearing aids, including in-the-ear models and devices with external receivers, provided they use the ProWax minifit system.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate-use accessories (such as domes, ear tips, filters, tubes, earmoulds, etc.) may only be returned if the packaging remains sealed and unopened.
In the event of a return, the customer must send the product to our address. Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
