AI Smart Noise Reduction intelligently analyses and reduces background noise, with different levels of noise reduction depending on the selected model.

Smart Directionality technology automatically adapts the listening focus to each situation, helping to bring speech forward while reducing distracting sounds.

Smart Sensor technology, available in Revita 300 and 400, helps adapt sound processing to the user's needs in dynamic listening situations.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At Clicaudio you have 30 days to return your order , even if the product has been used, without needing to justify the reason.

We only ask that the hearing aid and its accessories be returned in their packaging and in acceptable condition .

Shipping and collection are free within the European Union.

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days through the same payment method used in the purchase.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

All hearing aids sold by Clicaudio are covered by an official manufacturer’s warranty of three (3) years, extendable to five (5), which covers defects in materials and workmanship.

To activate the warranty, the customer can:

Send the hearing aid to our facilities for review and processing of the technical service.
Visit any authorized manufacturer service center within the international warranty territory, available during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover batteries, molds, filters, tubes, or damage resulting from improper use or handling by unauthorized personnel. Any repairs performed by the manufacturer or by Clicaudio have an additional 12-month warranty on the replaced parts .
